Our gift cards can be purchased online or at participating Village Inn restaurants.
How does the gift card work?
To use the gift card, just present to the cashier. It’s that easy. Each time the card is used, the amount of the purchase will be deducted from the balance.
How do I find my card balance?
To check the balance of your card online, go to http://premierissue.53.com.
Or take your card to the register at any participating Village Inn restaurant and ask the cashier to check your balance for you. If you would rather inquire by phone, call 866-672-1243.
What if the total cost of my order is greater than the amount of my gift card?
If the balance of your card isn’t enough to for your order, your cashier will let you know how much you owe. You may pay the remainder with cash, a check, or a credit card.
I’ve used up the value of my card. Can I add more money to it?
If you’ve purchased a variable amount gift card, you may go to any participating restaurant and add up to $500 to your card. The $10 and $25 cards are not reloadable.
Can I purchase gift items at Village Inn Restaurants with my card?
Village Inn Gift Cards may be used for food, beverages and pie at participating restaurants.
I’m having problems ordering online. What should I do?
